As a long-time customer, I have had mixed experiences with Parkway Advisors l.p. On the positive side, their website is user-friendly and provides helpful resources. However, I have encountered some issues with their customer service. While the company claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, I have not always felt valued as a customer. Despite these shortcomings, Parkway Advisors l.p. still offers decent investment services. Therefore, I would rate them as above average but not great.
