I am giving Repertoire of Gaspard 5 stars! As an both an English teacher and English tutor in my home country, I have enjoyed working with this organization in France. Upon arriving in Paris they quickly helped me navigate their company's interview process and paired me with a family that was a perfect match! Not only did they make sure that I could get the hours of work I needed for a job (difficult based on my intense theatre training schedule), but they also made sure the family I was paired with was a perfect match for both the family and myself. I believe the focus they put on this aspect to be very important because ensuring that strong, natural, and positive connections immediately exist between the student and English teacher allows for stronger bonds to grow into the child's love of language and discovery. Those important matching details is one aspect they thrive at securing! The administration has continued being helpful throughout my contract, ensuring that we need not worry about financials or tax information (which can be quite taxin in a new language!). Their staff is quick to respond and efficient. They plan a number of lovely social events and french classes and fitness sessions to partake in, as well as some specialized courses tutors can really benefit from having (Like first response, etc.) They have all been quite happy to assist all its employees whenever we ask. I give Gaspard 5 stars easily!
