NOT a good company to work for. The people from their marketing, as well as their training team will talk about you, as they pass your desk, or loud enough for other employees to hear. It doesn't matter if you're just starting or been there for several years. The rumor mill is awful. The upper bosses have no idea what the 'sub' bosses do to people. They never come speak to you face to face, and the teamleads and human resources simply shrug complaints off. It's worse than a high school cafeteria and the starting pay is not worth all the work they pile onto their technicians. The only saving grace for this company is some agents get a chance to work from home, so they don't have to put up with office politics. It doesn't help either that they have two offices in the same building and they treat the guys handling one single contract far better than the customer Service reps handling multiple contracts. The company used to be great and very family friendly but that changed years ago.
