The Ri dept of revenue has provided an average service. The website (tax.ri.gov) is quite cluttered and it's not easy to find the information I need. I had to spend a lot of time searching for the necessary forms and instructions. However, once I found what I was looking for, the process of filing taxes was relatively smooth. The website could be improved to make it more user-friendly and intuitive.
