🏡 I recently used the services of this real estate company and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The company's website is easy to navigate and provides important property information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a bit longer than expected to respond to my inquiries and I had to follow up multiple times. Additionally, they didn't seem as knowledgeable about the properties as I had hoped. On a positive note, they did manage to find me a decent property within my budget. The agent I worked with was friendly and helpful, but there was a lack of attention to detail in the contract terms. Overall, my experience with "Dwell One Realty" was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail. 🏠
