I have been using In8 systems inc. for quite some time now and I must say, their service is average. The website layout is neat and user-friendly, but there are some areas that could be improved. The response time for customer queries is a bit slow, and I often find it difficult to get quick assistance. Overall, they provide decent service, but I hope they work on their response time.
