Wondering why Stirling won't make their butter ava...

Wondering why Stirling won't make their butter available in Cobourg, ON. We used to be able to buy it but the company refuses to sell it to Cobourg residents now. I have asked them many time why it is unavailable to Cobourg residents and they refuse to answer. Seems strange to me.
