I recently had the opportunity to work with an engineering firm on a project, and chose Madden & Baughman Engineering, Inc. based on their website maddenbaughman.com. Unfortunately, my experience was simply average.

Firstly, their website seemed professional and had all the necessary information about their services. However, I found it a bit cluttered and difficult to navigate at times. It could be improved with clearer sections and more intuitive design.
