This is the worst experience I had when buying an used car. Let me see, where do I start... well I bought a Hyundai car from them on 07/03/15 and the car started smoking from the exhaust pipes since the first day. Smoke got worst with time so I took it to my local Hyundai dealership and they said the turbo was bad and it needed to be replaced. I was told when I bought the car, that it was still under factory warranty but they lied. When I call Keffer VW to tell them they said the car had no warranty under them when I had the warranty papers they gave me! I was like WTH? So I had the Hyundai dealership call them for me. Then once they decided to take the car back to fix it they said it was only going to take 3-4 days. IT'S NOW BEEN 28 DAYS and still haven't heard of my car! Every time I call to service they redirect me to Justin and he never ever answers! Im always told he's either in a meeting or left early, isn't there at the moment or just send me directly to his voicemail. But it doesn't matter how many voicemail I leave or how many times I call. I don't know nothing about my car and I ran out of patience! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! 1 month to fix a car? Really? I'm seriously done and thinking about getting a lawyer!
PLEASE BUY YOUR CARS SOMEWHERE ELSE TO AVOID A POSSIBLE SCENARIO LIKE MINES!
