Visiting the Mountain Diabetes Endocrine Center was an okay experience. The doctors were knowledgeable, but the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. The waiting time was a bit longer than expected. However, the treatment provided was effective, and I appreciate their efforts in managing my diabetes. Improvement in customer service would make a big difference.
