CUSTOMER: Our experience with Dreamin Getaway was average. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, we were disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in helping us with our inquiries and were not very knowledgeable about the destinations. Overall, it was an okay experience, but we expected better.
