The quality of products from Koala Living is quite average. I bought a sofa from their website and it was just okay. The design was nice, but the comfort was lacking. The cushions were not very soft and I found myself constantly readjusting my position to get comfortable. The delivery process was smooth and it arrived on time, so I appreciate that. Overall, I would say my experience with Koala Living was average.
