My stay at the Echaurren hotel gastronomico was absolutely delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was amazing. I especially loved their unique take on traditional dishes. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem and I can't wait to visit again.
