At Maven silicon I have attended VLSI-RN course which is a 6 months course based on Advance VLSI design and Veriication.
It was a very nice experience at Maven.
I met with good teachers, who are always ready to help you throughout the course.
For new candidates, only thing I can say is apart from Maven stuffs you should also have thirst to get into Industry
