I recently used a printing service from this company and found the experience to be average. The quality of the printed materials was decent, however, the customer service was a bit lacking. I encountered some issues with the order process, and communication could have been clearer. The website was easy to navigate, but I didn't find much in terms of helpful resources or design templates. The turnaround time for my order was standard, nothing exceptional. Overall, the experience was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service and offering more design support for clients.
