I recently used the services of this law firm to handle a personal injury case. While the staff was friendly and responsive, I found their communication to be somewhat lacking. There were times when I felt out of the loop and had to reach out for updates. Additionally, the legal process took longer than anticipated, which was frustrating. On the positive side, they did manage to secure a reasonable settlement for me in the end. However, overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of streamlining their processes and enhancing client communication.
