However, when it came to searching for specific services and details, it felt a bit confusing and limited in terms of filtering options. The lack of detailed information about the fleet and destinations was a downside for someone looking to make an informed decision. Additionally, the booking process seemed a bit cumbersome and could benefit from clear and concise instructions. On the positive side, the website's design and imagery were visually appealing, and the customer support chat feature was helpful in addressing some of my initial inquiries. Overall, the website has potential but could greatly benefit from improvements in user experience and information accessibility.
