My 95 year-old mom has been living at the Niles Nursing Home since 2016. She is happy with the attention she is getting and the services. All the staff members including the nurses, social workers, personal assistants are very attentive to mom s needs. Last July my mom defeated COVID-19 at her age. As soon as the symptoms appear, she was on IV, and 24-hour attention. The facility doctor even returned our calls off-hour to answer our questions regarding mom s conditions. I think that was extra ordinary dedication. We are extremely grateful for mom s full recovery. I don t think my family could find better facility than the Niles Nursing Home from our personal experience.
