I recently booked a holiday package with Sal holidays and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was prompt and satisfactory. However, the overall package could have been better. The hotel accommodations were decent but not exceptional. The itinerary was well planned, but I expected more variety in the activities included. Considering the price I paid, I would have expected a bit more. Nevertheless, I had a good time and would consider booking with them again if they improve on a few aspects.
