I had a mixed experience with The spotty bag shop. The quality of their bags is excellent, but their customer service needs improvement. The staff was not very helpful, and it took them a long time to respond to my queries. However, once I received the bag, I was impressed with its design and durability. Overall, I would rate them as average.
