We recently purchased real estate, and were incredibly fortunate to have worked with Keith throughout the entire process. He worked closely with us during the negotiation with the sellers (which saved us much more than we could have achieved on our own). He was consistently available to take our calls, and provided a welcome sense of relief and reassurance during the entire process. He and his team also reviewed the legal documents pertaining to our property, and in doing so discovered several unique (and subtle) features that affected our property and needed to be considered and integrated into the deal---which he did to our benefit. He had our best interest at heart and made an otherwise stressful process one that was smooth and highly value-added.
