I was in contact regularly with Deb during the sale process. She definitely knows what she's doing (and I did not). I questioned a lot of things that she recommended (or insisted on), but she was always right, and it paid off with our home being sold after only one day of showings! She's very pro-active, responds to requests/communications almost immediately and got the job done. Deb and Jerry are a great team, know their business well, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home for the best price. Deb was fantastic.
