Our room had a locked door to the neighboring room...

Our room had a locked door to the neighboring room that was paper thin. We could hear the people in the room next door as if they were in our room. It was so bad, we could hear them brushing their teeth. We stayed for a week and every night we had to knock on the next door room and ask whoever was there to turn off the TV, stop yelling on the phone, or turn off their music so that we could go to sleep. Secondly, the fitness center is not what is in these photographs and reviews. In fact, the fitness center is a joke. The hotel has placed yoga mats and a couple of electric bikes and ehlipticals in a hotel room. The maximum weight was 15lbs. No treadmills. There was no restaurant for food. They only cleaned the room once. COVID is no excuse. This is not what I paid for.
