Absolutely horrible experience. Mailbox full at an establishment? Does not return calls. Has had my COVID test for over a week pending although I complied to a 72 hour in advance test as well as a pre test quarantine & now am forced to quarantine AGAIN during my visit. No one will get back to me - customer service non existent.

UPDATE 2 DAYS LATER: STILL NO TEST! This establishment claims it has your COVID results in less than 48 hours it has now been almost a week and no one has even called me back.
