I recently hired Sipan Construction CO for a home renovation project and I must say that the experience was average. The work they did was satisfactory but nothing extraordinary. The project was completed within the time frame they provided and the crew was professional. However, there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, I would recommend Sipan Construction CO for small to medium-sized projects.
