I sought their service for statistical analysis. I was told an expert would be helping with developing the research methodology. I got the wrong recommendations on the test that can be performed, even though the data was submitted. After pointing out the mistakes multiple times, they finally came to senses and gave a closer-to-right answer. By this time, the timeline for my project had passed and i was left high and dry.
