Overall great experience with the service center @simms in Clio, they got me right in explained everything perfectly. I m not a car guy so basic knowledge is about all I know. They even suggested the chip repair in my windshield and worked and Called my insurance to get it covered. Obviously I know they make money from this but it was just the way everything was handled and they did all the work why I went and got lunch! I will be returning to purchase my next vehicle through Simms and hopefully the sales side is just as friendly and helpful.

PS. Patsy Lou sucks.
