I have been a loyal customer of Prexer for a few years now and I must say that their services are average at best. While they have a good range of products, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. It takes them forever to respond to queries and sometimes their solutions are not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience with Prexer as average.
