As a CUSTOMER, I would rate Wlaj-Tv LLC as average. Their website wlaj.com is decent and the overall experience was okay. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and response time. The staff was polite but not very helpful when it came to resolving my queries. I hope they work on enhancing their services in the future.
