The way they conduct interview is very unprofessional. Today i have attended an interview and i got rejected that ok iam not feeling bad that i got rejected but feeling bad for the way they conduct interviews. 1st round was GD, and thw recruiter said that they are good for a good communication skills without any grammatical errors. Recruiter gave us a topic and there were 22 candidates who attended the zoom call interview and hardly there were very few people take it around 5 to 6 people who had turned on their video and rest of them were just communicating through voice, but the imp* thing here is recruiter didn't eveen asked them to Turn on the video. And the 2 guys who were selected were reading the content displayed on their screen and they got selected. If the video is off what's the quarantee that those fellows aren't cheating ? Very poor
