My family and I have always gone here and the service has always been alright. Today I was appalled at the service. There are signs on the computer saying to ask for help because if not the mistakes you make you pay for. I asked for help on a printing setting and the first worker did not want to help me, and the second worker acted like it was a burden to help me. She said after if I knew it was going to take this much effort I would have not volunteered to help you in the first place. Terrible service
