I ordered a bed frame from them online, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Their website wasn't set up for me to purchase the exact model I wanted, but Andy (who I assume is the store owner) was able to very straightforwardly order me the bed I wanted, and was extremely nice and professional in the process of doing so. I couldn't decide between two stain choices, so Andy very kindly express mailed me samples of the stains I was trying to decide between! He furthermore was extremely patient as I tried to figure out which one I liked best for the next several weeks, and very helpful when I had a change of heart and decided to switch colors shortly after the order was placed. Just an A+ experience all around, they were awesome.
