I drove 3 hours, and I did everything they asked via email. We get to the launch site, and their equipment was broken. Why didn't they inspect it earlier?! If I can wake up at 3 am, then so can they to make sure the equipment is functional.

Update: the company sent me this lovely little reply. I would have changed the review had they had better customer service. They don't understand how long it took me to get there.
