I had a mixed experience with Ultraviolet flowers. While the flowers were delivered on time, the arrangement was not as impressive as expected. Some of the flowers looked wilted, which was disappointing. However, the customer service was quick to resolve the issue and offered a refund. I appreciate their prompt response and willingness to make it right.
