Food is pretty good, beds are a bit hard but not lumpy. Cribs are available, and staff is friendly and accommodating of our toddler. There is the typical "come to a breakfast with us and we will give you hotel credit" bit we weren't up for that so can't comment on the content, although they did finally stop inviting us after we made it clear we didn't want to go. Overall worth the money we spent I think.
