I have been a loyal customer of Mcdonald's for many years now and I can say that their service is consistently average. The food is decent, nothing exceptional. The staff is friendly but sometimes they can be a bit slow in taking orders. Overall, I would rate Mcdonald's as an average fast-food restaurant.
