4 star hotel it said been hear for a few days already disappointed. First day.... We get the the reception and they just tell us to eat and leave our bags in the middle of the reception. We sit down to eat and there are kids running around everywhere. Finish food and head back to reception where they give us a key to the room and point to the lift and send us on our way. Get to the room and no kettle and the TV channels are all in Italian with no subtitles. The next morning we get down for breakfast I'm the middle of the set hours and there already low on food and starting to prepare tables for lunch time ... After finding the leftovers we headed on out. Get back from a long day and on the notice it said kids are not aloud in the swimming facility after 5 30, head down there at 6 and .... Full of kids. Next came dinner once again get there and already setting up for breakfast. We ask for a wine and a bottle of coke .... They open the wine and coke and leave it on the table and wall off with the bottle cap and cork just left there. I'll also add a quick one... If you ask for a glass of water you get a mini plastic cup half filled ...
