I signed up in December and loved my coach and have lost 38 lbs. Unexpectedly my coach, Marcia left LaVie for reasons that I am not aware other than the owners and her could not reach an agreement.
Next coach was Carla whom was also very good. Next appointment I find out they fired her. New office manager Kayla was unprofessional and did not respect my privacy. I also had my chart lost but was told Kayla wanted all the charts in her office. So that is where it was found.
Now 3 months into this journey I am NEVER going back to LaVie and you can bet I am going to find Marcia Stander and continue with her! Too bad the out of state owners couldn't recognize talent and retained it.
