Direct-axsys holdings ( pty ) ltd is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. I appreciate their prompt response to my queries and the professionalism with which they handle their clients. However, I feel that they could be more proactive in addressing customer concerns. Overall, I would say they provide a decent service, but there is nothing exceptional about them.
