I am a CUSTOMER and I want to share my thoughts about The Rattlesnake. My experience with this company has been average. The overall service provided by them was satisfactory. The food at their restaurant was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The staff was polite and helpful. However, I expected more from a place with such a reputation. I hope they can improve their offerings and deliver an exceptional experience in the future.
