Walter is really honest and responds quickly to requests, even long after the initial sale and installation, without trying to figure out how to extract additional money from you. Definitely has that 'old school' customer service approach so if something does go sideways I would bet money he will correct it quickly and to your satisfaction. (I purchased my system 7 years ago at this point and didn't know him prior to that.)
