I recently had a heating system installed in my home by a company recommended by a friend. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and the work was completed in a timely manner. The price was also very reasonable. However, I was not impressed with the communication from the company. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and did not provide clear answers to my questions. Overall, I am satisfied with the result, but I think there is room for improvement in their customer service.
