I am very disappointed by my oil change/tire rotat...

I am very disappointed by my oil change/tire rotation visit today, including the lack of adherence to the mask policy and poor respect for COVID health requirements during this time.

Here s why:

1. I booked an appointment online to avoid wait time. My booking did not show up in the system, and the employees did not know of my appointment when I arrived. They said that this error had happened multiple times in the past yet have not fixed yet it. Why not?

2. I was told that I could be helped soon despite my appointment not being in the system. I was not helped quickly at all.

3. What should have been a 30-45 minute wait for an oil change and tire rotation was instead a 2 hour and 30 minute wait.

4. After a fellow customer who arrived after me was informed that his oil change had been finished following my first two hours of waiting, I left the waiting room to ask if they had finished working on my car. They informed me that they had just started working on it.

5. Aforementioned customer who arrived significantly after me and had the same services as me had his car worked on and was checked out significantly before me.

6. Upon check out, I was told my final total. Appalled by how expensive it was for a simple oil change and tire rotation, I asked to see the receipt (The receptionist didn't even show me what I was paying for originally! She just told me the total verbally.). Upon reviewing the receipt, I saw that I have been charged for a tire alignment service that I did *not* request, and next to it are the words, "Customer requests." Are you kidding me?! I didn't even know that this service was being done on my car and then I am being charged for it. I understand that this service is sometimes done the same time as an oil change, but no one told me that it was being done to my car and that I would be charged for it, and I definitely did not request it. Absolutely appalling.

MOST IMPORTANTLY:

7. The employees are not strictly adhering to wearing masks in public spaces even though they have a sign that says that customers must do so, not to mention that *it is the law* to wear a mask in indoor public spaces right now. There are employees walking around without masks left and right, and it feels disrespectful and unsafe.

I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to anyone. Seek different place if you want quality customer service.

Addendum:

The owner of this business replied to my review personally and called me the next day to apologize. He also gave me a 100% refund as a result of my poor experience. He was professional and kind. Hope that his staff are able to learn from my experience as a customer.
