The overall experience with Makeup.com was average. I found their website to be user-friendly, and the products available were of decent quality. However, the customer service could have been better as it took quite some time for them to respond to my queries. The prices were also on the higher side compared to other similar websites. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more.
