I had a mixed experience with Consumerhouse. I found their website user-friendly, but their customer service was lacking. The rate at which they responded to my inquiries was slow and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, I must admit that once my issue was escalated to a higher level, the support I received was excellent. Overall, I would rate Consumerhouse as average.
