RED offers a quality product and outstanding customer service. Based on my personal experience, I can say they have the best customer service I have ever encountered - in any industry. Maybe that's because they are relatively small. But, a lot of it has to do with genuine commitment and a desire to help the customer. We've always had direct access to a top tier RED technician. Within minutes, we can have an issue resolved simply by calling them. Yes, they have a phone and real, smart, compassionate humans working there. When you have a RED camera, you also have an exceptional support team.
