We have dealt with this place for years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. When our family dog passed they had a separate room for us to spend "ALL THE TIME WE NEEDED" with our pet. They were very comforting. Occasionally checking on us, answering any questions needed. Another time, a stray cat wondered into our lives for about 5 months. She got nipped by a car so we took her to Sterling Animal Hospital. She was there for about 10 days. The cat had a microchip so they located to original owners. By the time "Sophie" was to be released the bill was approximately $800.00. The owners decided to give the cat to me. Soooo SAH only charged us each $100.00 for the bill which was more then fair. I'm happy to say that Sophie is a happy, healthy member of our family. :)
