7 Company has been wonderful. I have always struggled with my weight and this program does work. I have been able to lose over 40 pounds with the support of the coaches. The food is decent and the coaches and members create and share recipes that make use of the products. So many hints have helped me get off the weight and keep it off. Electro-slim is also a relaxing way to fight the bulges and feel great afterwards.
