I had a mixed experience with Tbg west. Some aspects were great, while others were quite disappointing. The customer service was excellent, with prompt responses to my queries. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Nonetheless, the quality of the product was top-notch. Overall, I would rate them as average.
