I recently had an experience with a staffing company that specializes in technical roles. While I found their website user-friendly and easy to navigate, my overall experience was just average. The process of applying for a job through their platform was straightforward, but I felt like there was a lack of personal touch. The communication from their team was decent, but I would have appreciated more timely updates. Additionally, the job opportunities available were limited and not exactly what I was looking for. On the positive side, their website had some useful resources for job seekers, such as resume tips and interview advice. Ultimately, I found Baker Technical Staffing to be a decent option in the crowded world of staffing agencies, but there are certainly better ones out there.
